अपने बिकने की खबर पर एनडीटीवी ने बॉम्बे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज को दिया स्पष्टीकरण
एनडीटीवी के बिकने की खबर आ रही थी. खबर का असर एनडीटीवी के शेयरों पर भी देखने को मिला। इसके बाद बॉम्बे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज ने एनडीटीवी से इस बाबत एक स्पष्टीकरण मांगा था जो इस प्रकार है-
The Exchange has sought clarification from New Delhi Television Ltd on September 22, 2017 with reference to news flashed on www.moneycontrol.com dated September 22, 2017 quoting "SpiceJet's Ajay Singh set to take control of NDTV: IE"
The reply is awaited.
इसके जवाब में एनडीटीवी ने अपना पक्ष रखते हुए बॉम्बे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (BSE) को जवाब दिया है -
With reference to your letter seeking clarification on the news item appearing on www.moneycontrol.com, we wish to inform you that the promoters of the Company have not entered into any agreement for sale of their stake in the Company to any person.
The Company is mindful of its obligations under Clause 30 of the Listing Regulations and shall promptly intimate you of any event required which is required to be disclosed under the said Regulations.
We hope that the above clarifies the matter raised in your aforesaid letter.
